Vincent Rodriguez
I am Franco-Spanish and an attorney-at-law registered with the Paris Bar Association, practicing in intellectual property law in Paris.
I am also an authorized representative with the INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle), the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), and the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).
Graduated with a Master’s degree in General Private Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, I quickly developed an interest in intellectual property.
On a daily basis, I advise and represent businesses and individuals on their literary, artistic, and industrial property issues.
Firstly, I provide legal advice on copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, designs, models, and patents. In particular, I assist my clients in directing their strategy for defending their rights and assets before any litigation arises. This includes assisting with the filing and registration of applications with competent government authorities (INPI, EUIPO, Benelux, WIPO).
Secondly, I intervene in the defense of my clients’ rights when third parties infringe upon them. Thus, I assist, advise, and represent my clients before judicial courts and administrative authorities (such as the INPI, EUIPO) for all their intellectual property-related disputes.
I am aware of the fundamental nature of intellectual property as an asset of an independent creator or company, and I work diligently to ensure the protection of the rights related to it.
